To my digital bookshelves! It's cozy in here, and full of posts about work in my corporate jobs as well as games I've been into.
Most of the work posts are trying to reconcile my expectations for what could be vs what is, and how to stay practical for what today looks like. I've been on strong teams, weak teams, an IC and a manager. I've worked across the business, on dev side and on the sales side, pushing/pulling and sometimes gently guiding projects across the finish line. Keeping the basics front and center, shining a light on uncertainty, and staying adaptable are good representations of how I like to work. Also, the less emergencies the better.
In terms of games, you'll find some base building, survival, cozy games. Somewhere virtually that lets me create a safe space away from the elements, somewhere to recharge, reflect, get inspired, and plan the work/work the plan.
